Role overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join Spark Int Solution and contribute directly to our technology work. You will work alongside our existing team on live client engagements from your first weeks, with support from senior colleagues as you get up to speed.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of software engineer tasks across active client engagements.
- Work closely with colleagues across the team to keep delivery on track.
- Communicate progress and any risks clearly and early, rather than at the last moment.
- Contribute ideas for improving how the team works, not just the immediate task list.

- Relevant experience or demonstrable ability in software engineer work.
